DO: Think+Make helps brands build their unique voice, with creative direction for the physical and virtual brand environments.
DO is a creative direction agency founded in 2017 that specialises in designing crafting and managing a unified creative direction for commercial brands and social initiatives. Founded by Matteo Blandford it was born from an evolution of #MatteoDoingThings (2015) and the following pseudonym DO™ (2016).
It is now supported by a strong network of collaborators based in the EU and works for an international clientele.
After years of making content, came the realisation that a more strategic application of creativity was needed, as well as a more critical application of direction in all processes of brand and social initiatives. Thus Do: Think+Make was born to provide creative direction and digital tools to empower not only the client but also others in the strive to leave the world a better place.
DO is born out of the love for all rounded creativity and a desire to experiment and create.
Thinking strategically, giving voice to ideas through visual tools and conceiving digital projects, are the heart of the methodology that guides DO, together with the belief that every work must be supported by social values.
Empowering you (the client, the user and fellow humans) through creative direction and digital tools to do better, to leave a impactful mark on the world, for a better future for all.

Matteo Blandford
Born in England and raised bilingual in Italy, in 2010 Matteo moved to London to start and finish his university studies at the London Metropolitan University faculty of architecture. In 2012, together with university colleagues, he founded UNIT + Collective, focused on social architecture through the creation of multidisciplinary workshops. Eager for experiences, he experimented within different creative fields until reaching graphic design, specifically typography, where his technical-creative passions coincided.
He worked on graphic design projects in Hong Kong, including a local eyewear brand, and in Australia until 2015. In the same year he returned to London to obtain a Master of Arts in Contemporary Typographic Media at UAL - London College of Communication - with full marks, tutored by Paul McNeil. In 2016 he dedicated himself full time to the work of freelance graphic designer and typographer in Italy, based in Milan, for local and international clients in various sectors: education, digital consulting, cultural events, exhibitions, music, art, legal cannabis, consumer products and architecture.
In the meantime, he continued his interest in architecture, co-founding La Rivoluzione delle Seppie in 2016 and in teaching. From 2016 to 2019, he worked as an assistant in the Design Laboratory at the Faculty of Fashion of the Milan Polytechnic and as a guest lecturer in London and Venice in 2019 and 2020 respectively.
Specialising in creative direction for commercial brands and social initiatives, in 2020 he officially registered DO: Think + Make, a creative studio working with established and new clients, with a group of strategists, programmers and creative collaborators, to promote, support and guide towards a positive development for a better future.
